모바일 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 자금이 모바일 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이러한 경우 휴대폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 허나 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 모바일 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 덕에 승인 취소가 불가하다.
이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 적절한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 대부분이다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 불어나고 있을 것이다면 구글이 최대로 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.
